Specialist, Product and Sales Analyst – Digital Product
Overview Specialist, Product and Sales Analyst – Digital Product supports the execution, adoption, and optimization of Mastercard’s core consumer products and solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
The role is an individual contributor position that works directly with Digital Product Managers to support the broader Customer Solution Centre (CSC), Account Team, and technology teams across; client solutioning, product sales activities, and market execution.
The Specialist provides product knowledge, technical support, and market insight to help deliver customer centric solutions and support regional go to market objectives.
This role develops deep expertise in core consumer products, card portfolio economics and customer value proposition development whilst providing strong exposure to enterprise client engagement and the broader payments ecosystem.
