We are hiring a HubSpot CRM Specialist with hands-on expertise in building, managing, and analyzing dashboards across multiple departments. Someone who turns CRM data into actionable insights that drive marketing, sales, and revenue decisions.

Role Overview
This role is for someone who understands HubSpot not just as a CRM, but as the central nervous system of revenue operations. You will own the design, management, and optimization of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service teams—building dashboards, surfacing insights, and ensuring every department has the data it needs to make faster, smarter decisions. You will deeply learn VIDIZMO's products, sales motion, customer journey, and reporting needs, then translate that into a CRM environment that scales.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Creation & Management
Design, build, and maintain custom dashboards and reports for different departments (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Leadership)
Create role-specific views that give each team and stakeholder the metrics that matter most to them
Continuously refine dashboards as business priorities, funnels, and KPIs evolve
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze pipeline, conversion, attribution, and campaign performance data to surface trends and opportunities
Translate raw CRM data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and department heads
Build and maintain reporting on lead flow, deal velocity, win rates, forecasting, and revenue attribution
CRM Administration & Optimization
Manage the overall HubSpot instance: properties, pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, lists, and data hygiene
Configure and maintain workflows, automation, lead scoring, and routing rules
Ensure data quality, deduplication, and consistency across all objects and teams
Manage user permissions, teams, and access across departments
Cross-Functional Enablement
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Service to understand reporting needs and build solutions that fit their workflows
Set up and manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools in the stack
Train and support internal teams on dashboards, reports, and CRM best practices
Process & Scaling
Standardize how data is captured, tracked, and reported across the organization
Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and manual processes, then automate them within HubSpot
Keep the CRM aligned with evolving GTM strategy and product growth
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
Bachelor's degree in a CS, Marketing, AI, etc
4–6 years of hands-on experience administering and managing HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub)
Proven expertise in building custom dashboards, reports, and analytics within HubSpot
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate numbers into business insights
Deep understanding of CRM workflows, automation, lead lifecycle, and pipeline management
Ability to work cross-functionally and translate department needs into CRM solutions
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-ownership role

Experience with B2B SaaS or GovTech sales motions
Familiarity with integrations (Salesforce, data warehouses, BI tools, automation platforms)
SQL or experience with external BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
Experience with revenue operations (RevOps)
