The Analyst ensures smooth client experiences through accurate data management, proactive notifications, and operational visibility while supporting continuous process improvement across the onboarding function. This position acts as a critical support function to Operations & Enablement leadership, handling execution of system builds, automations, reporting, and process documentation that enable the onboarding team to operate efficiently at scale.
Own and maintain HubSpot automation workflows, databases, and client profile data
Build and manage Monday.com automations, workflows, and board configurations
Develop and maintain Service Desk ticketing automations and integrations
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex problems to manager
Develop and send timely client notifications for new sales, go-live changes, ramp downs, and key milestone updates
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards in Monday.com, HubSpot, and Service Desk
Build reporting views for milestones, risks, capacity, project health, and delivery performance
Distribute weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to stakeholders
Extract and analyze onboarding data to identify trends and bottlenecks
Assist in developing, organizing, and maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and reference materials
Support process documentation and workflow diagramming
Coordinate with teams to capture and document process changes
Maintain accurate client profile data across onboarding systems and platforms
Conduct data audits and reconciliation to ensure consistency across systems
Identify and escalate data quality issues
Develop, maintain, and update client-facing materials, templates, and tools for onboarding
Ensure templates and tools are accurate, current, and reflect latest process changes
Support creation and distribution of client enablement resources and guidance documents
Coordinate with teams to gather feedback and incorporate updates into client materials
Support special projects and analysis requests from the Operations & Enablement team and leadership
Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues
Support process improvement initiatives and efficiency testing
Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or IT-related field preferred.
Experience in healthcare access administration, medical billing operations, or healthcare IT support.
3+ years experience in healthcare operations, onboarding, business operations, or project coordination
1+ years experience with workflow automation tools (Monday.com, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Experience with healthcare revenue cycle, customer onboarding, or client implementation is a plus
Strong proficiency with Project Management, Customer Relationship Management HubSpot, and/or Ticketing System Software
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data and documentation
Ability to design and build dashboards and reports for various audiences
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage stakeholder communications
Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system and process issues
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
