We’re looking for a Client Enablement Optimisation Manager to join our Product division and play a critical role in accelerating client onboarding and improving enablement across our product suite.
In this role, you’ll focus on embedding enablement into product design, driving efficiency across onboarding processes and ensuring scalable, consistent client experiences. You will work closely with product, delivery and client-facing teams to streamline how clients are onboarded and enabled across Cuscal’s platforms.
You’ll also be instrumental in early-stage client engagement, shaping enablement approaches from the point a Statement of Work is signed through to implementation handover.
You’ll also make an impact by:
Developing and evolving a strategic roadmap to accelerate client enablement across products
Embedding enablement thinking into the product development lifecycle to support faster client readiness
Driving efficiencies through automation, standardisation and process optimisation
Creating and maintaining enablement playbooks, templates and knowledge resources
Partnering with stakeholders across Product, Delivery, Sales and Client teams to ensure alignment
Supporting pre-enablement activities by understanding client needs and shaping onboarding strategies
Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities to optimise onboarding outcomes
Contributing to scalable, repeatable and high-quality client onboarding practices
You are a collaborative and commercially minded professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes. You thrive in cross-functional environments and bring a strong understanding of how to design scalable, efficient onboarding and enablement processes.
You’ll also bring:
Experience in client onboarding, enablement strategy, or implementation within financial services or technology environments
Strong understanding of payments ecosystems or complex product environments
Proven ability to work across Product, Delivery and Client teams to drive outcomes
Experience embedding enablement into agile product development cycles
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building capabilities
High attention to detail with a strong customer-first focus
