We are seeking a proactive and practiced lead to manage the Go to Market (GTM) and Change Management work for the Affinity Health & Dental Insurance transformation program. This role is critical in executing our end to end transformation, ensuring successful market readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of key changes across business and distribution channels.
The GTM & Change lead will partner closely with product, distribution, marketing, operations, and technology leadership to define the GTM strategy, execute launch plans, oversee change readiness, and maintain strong governance, while driving clarity and alignment throughout the organization.
Lead the development and delivery of GTM strategies the new and enhanced Affinity insurance offering.
Partner with product, marketing, and distribution teams to craft value propositions and launch playbooks for each channel.
Partner with operations and technology to ensure our contact center as well as other operational and technical staff are ready for the transition.
Develop and maintain an integrated GTM roadmap, serving as the single source of truth for market readiness working with the operations & business PMs
Coordinate launch activities across channels to ensure operational, technical, and customer-facing teams are prepared.
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the Affinity transformation.
Design and deliver communication, training, and adoption plans to support end-user readiness.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations as needed.
Guide leaders and teams on their role in promoting adoption and reinforcing change.
Ensure that business processes, customer-facing teams, and partners are prepared for new products, capabilities, or workflows.
Identify opportunities to streamline launch processes, stakeholder engagement, and communication workflows.
Ensure GTM and readiness processes are documented, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
Establish repeatable frameworks and templates for future launches.
Identify GTM and change-related risks and create mitigation strategies.
Track dependencies across product, distribution, marketing, technology, and operations to prevent delays.
Partner with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure activities meet regulatory and corporate standards.
Lead GTM and change management forums and represent these workstreams in broader program governance, working closely with the Business, Technology & Ops project managers.
Provide clear, concise updates to program leadership on launch readiness, adoption progress, risks, and decisions required.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving alignment and clarity across complex and evolving workstreams.
Collaborate with Business PMO, Tech PMO, Architecture, and Operations to ensure new offerings and changes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to technical capabilities.
Validate that GTM and change requirements are integrated into product and technology roadmaps.
Ensure cross-functional teams are fully aligned on timelines, scope, and success metrics.

Bachelor’s degree minimum.
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance product, program/project management, strategy, transformation, delivery, or change management, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Experience with insurance products (Affinity, Group, Life, Health & Dental, or P&C) strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of go‑to‑market frameworks, launch planning, and market or distribution dynamics.
Formal change management / GTM experience or certification is an asset.
Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, build frameworks, and translate complex ideas into clear recommendations.
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
