Role purpose
Be the central operator who designs, deploys, and administers regional distributor programs across parts of the AMEA region — so that each country's Strategic Partner Manager spends their time on local relationships and revenue, not on building decks, chasing approvals, or reinventing scorecards. You are the regional multiplier; the SPMs are the regional faces.
1. Program management (≈ 40% of the role)
Design regional distributor programs end-to-end: tiering criteria, rebate structures, MDF frameworks, reseller-recruitment campaigns, growth incentives, platform-attach bonuses.
Adapt global channel programs into localised versions adapting for local partner and country manager economics and business priorities.
Build the program calendar — what launches when, what closes when, what's measured how.
Run program governance: monthly steering with SPMs, quarterly review with regional leadership, annual refresh.
2. Enablement (≈ 35% of the role)
Build and maintain the regional enablement library — sales plays, battle cards, demo scripts, technical certifications, AI-security narratives — packaged for SPMs and for distributor field teams.
Run quarterly regional enablement events (in-person + virtual) for distributor reps and top-tier resellers.
Curate a "ready-to-deploy" pack for each program launch: SPM briefing, distributor briefing, reseller-facing collateral, FAQ, objection-handling guide.
Partner with regional marketing on co-branded campaigns the SPMs can take into their countries on day one.
Maintain a single source of truth (SharePoint) so no SPM ever has to ask, "where's the latest deck."
3. Administration & operations (≈ 25% of the role)
Administer MDF: intake, approval workflow, ROI tracking, claims processing — in partnership with finance.
Maintain regional distributor scorecards: sell-through, reseller activation, platform attach, program compliance.
Own the regional contract / addendum repository and ensure SPMs always know what the current commercial framework is.
3 to 7 years' experience channel, sales, or marketing related roles, preferably with a cybersecurity vendor.
Strong program management discipline — RACI, milestones, governance cadence, retrospectives.
Comfortable with channel plumbing in MDF, Channel Lead Gen, ARLs.
Excellent written communication — most of the output is documents, decks, and dashboards.
Cross-cultural fluency working across different cultures.
