What you will do:
- Develop detailed project plans to execute work and manage change controls.
- Manage and coordinate project work using project management tools and systems to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders for all projects in flights owned by stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Salesforce platform and other tools.
- Develop reports, dashboards and new data constructs as needed in Salesforce platform to extract data and insights for decision-making.
- Use project data to track project-related activities, managing customer data, and generate reports.
- Perform risk management to minimize disruption and delays.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using appropriate tools.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in managing and optimizing service workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve processes.
- Be comfortable working within healthcare environments, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of a regulated industry.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
What you will bring:
- Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including solution architecture, configuration,and platform administration.
- Salesforce Architecture: Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model design, custom objects, relationships, and platform security/sharing architecture.
- Automation: Strong proficiency with Salesforce Flows (and familiarity with Process Builder/legacy automation) to design efficient, scalable business processes.
- Integration: Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs and/or middleware platforms
- Reporting & Analytics: Advanced skill in building Salesforce reports and dashboards; experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau CRM) a plus.
- Incident/Service Management: Familiarity with Service Cloud incident management objects (Cases, Entitlements, Omni-Channel, Knowledge) and ITIL/ITSM concepts.
- Development Skills: Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL; Visualforce familiarity a plus.
- Testing: Strong discipline in unit and integration testing - Apex test classes, meaningful coverage.
- Maintenance & Simplification: Proven track record maintaining and refactoring existing Salesforce implementations, reducing technical debt, and simplifying platform design safely without disrupting the business.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification would be nice to have; Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or Service Cloud Consultant certification strongly preferred.
