The VP, Provider Revenue Optimization, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for maximizing the commercial success of IMO’s Provider product portfolio. The role will focus on translating product investments and market opportunities into measurable revenue growth, customer adoption and long-term business value.
Working across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance, this leader will develop and drive growth strategies for Provider solutions across their lifecycle, from emerging solutions entering the market to established products with opportunities for greater adoption. The role will define how IMO can maximize the commercial potential of its Provider solutions and align relevant teams across the organization around the actions required to achieve those outcomes.
The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, commercial judgment, deep market insights, analytical rigor and cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities, diagnose barriers to growth, and mobilize the organization around actions required to achieve results.
Product & Portfolio Growth Strategy
Develop and drive growth strategies for solutions across the Provider portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, customer adoption and market penetration
Assess market opportunity, customer needs, competitive dynamics, product performance, pipeline trends and customer adoption to identify opportunities and barriers to growth
Define the target customers, use cases, value propositions, pricing and go-to-market approaches required to maximize the potential the Provider product portfolio
Establish shared performance metrics and accountability across GTM functions to drive alignment against product-level growth objectives
Emerging Solutions Growth
Lead the business strategy for priority emerging solutions from early market validation through launch and go-to-market scale
Develop and drive development partner and early adopter strategies that generate customer insights, market evidence, references and proof points
Partner across Product, Sales, Marketing and other functions to ensure new solutions are positioned and prepared for successful market adoption
Establish clear milestones for market readiness and use early customer feedback and performance to refine the product and go-to-market approach
Existing Product Growth
Identify and develop strategies to accelerate growth and penetration of existing Provider solutions across current and prospective customers
Develop targeted growth initiatives that may include product enhancements, new integration pathways, customer segmentation, positioning, pricing and packaging and/or channel opportunities
Identify opportunities to measure and improve the value realized by customers and use those insights to drive improved retention, expansion and long-term growth
Strategic Execution & Business Performance
Establish clear performance objectives for priority growth initiatives and maintain visibility into revenue, pipeline, whitespace and other key metrics
Lead cross-functional execution of priority growth initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timely decision making and resolution of barriers to success
15+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, revenue optimization, go-to-market, or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and commercial outcomes
Strong understanding of healthcare Provider markets, buyers, workflows and technology ecosystems, including Epic and other major healthcare platforms
Strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to identify market opportunities, diagnose root causes of underperformance and turn insights into action
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes
