The Sales Operations Analyst – This role is based in Hyderabad and reports to the Sales Operations Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring tax accuracy and sales order integrity across all regions.
The analyst will be responsible for:
End-to-end tax verification on sales orders (US Sales Tax, VAT, GST)
Validating sales orders as part of project closeouts and reconciliation processes
Leveraging CRM and ERP (NetSuite) systems to provide a consistent, accurate, and transparent view of global sales activity
This role works closely with Global Sales, Project Management, Logistics, Planning, Account Receivables, Account Payables and Finance teams, ensuring alignment across functions and helping Next Power consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Create, review, validate, and update sales orders in ERP systems
Perform tax verification (US Sales Tax, VAT, GST) across global regions
Maintain and validate sales order documentation and tax exemption records
Support pre-sales tax validation and updates
Drive project reconciliation and sales order closeout activities
Analyse sales orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Identify and implement process improvements (timesaving and cost-saving opportunities)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals and execution
Take ownership of additional responsibilities as required
Use Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis
Be flexible to work in shifts, as required
Required Qualifications
MBA or bachelor’s degree in Accounts with 2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of order management processes with ERP (NetSuite)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to work in night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Accounting or finance background
Strong analytical and customer service orientation
Experience in the solar industry
