Design andoptimisescalable workflows across the entire revenue funnel — from Marketing to Sales to Customer Solutions
LeadRevOpsinitiatives from problem definition to implementation with a focus on measurable business impact
Build forecasts, dashboards, and BI reporting to support strategic, financial, and commercial decision-making
Support business planning and controlling through data-driven analysis and financial modelling
Ensure clean and scalable CRM processes in HubSpot, including data quality and automation
Identifybottlenecks, simplify processes, and improve operational efficiency across teams
You have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations roles
You are analytical and enjoy forecasting, financial modelling, data crunching, and BI reporting
You bring strong commercial acumen and understand the business context behind revenue decisions
You enjoy building scalable systems, workflows, and CRM structures in HubSpot
You are hands-on with automation and processoptimisation
You think cross-functionally and understand how Marketing, Sales, and Customer Solutions work together
