The Customer Service Digital Products team is seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Analyst to support the ongoing evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM as a core enterprise platform.
CRM is the central platform used to manage customer, account, and stakeholder information across the organization. It supports end-to-end business processes by improving data visibility, streamlining workflows, enabling reporting, and helping teams make informed decisions through accurate, centralized customer information.
Monitor data quality metrics across key CRM entities
Support implementation and tracking of data governance frameworks, including data ownership and accountability models
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve data standards, validation rules, and enforcement mechanisms Analyze user engagement patterns to identify adoption gaps and opportunities for improvement
Success in this role will be measured through:
Measurable improvements in data quality KPIs
Actionable insights that directly influence product and business decisions
Delivery of accurate, timely, and relevant reporting aligned with stakeholder needs
Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data management roles
Experience analyzing system usage data and translating it into actionable insights
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Experience working with structured datasets (CRM, SAP, or similar enterprise systems)
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM platforms
Familiarity with data governance concepts (data quality frameworks, stewardship, ownership models)
Experience supporting product teams or digital transformation initiatives
Experience with SQL, Dataverse, or data extraction/querying tools
Exposure to enterprise data ecosystems (data lakes, integrations, APIs)
Familiarity with Data Mart, Data Lake, or Databricks
Experience defining and tracking product or operational KPIs
This role requires flexibility to accommodate stakeholder interactions and support business needs.
