As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Support and Enablement Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our Business Development team. The Sales Support and Enablement Manager plays a critical role in enabling our Business Development professionals and Partners to focus on what they do best—building relationships, creating opportunities, and growing the business. This individual will own and coordinate key sales support activities, including Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, Salesforce administration, contract execution support, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Act as a trusted resource for Business Development professionals by managing and coordinating sales support activities from intake through completion. Support opportunities, proposals, SOWs, approval processes, contract execution, Salesforce updates, and related sales administration.
Partner with Business Development and Engagement teams to draft, coordinate, and finalize high-quality proposals and SOWs. Maintain consistency with firm standards while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Help maintain data integrity and operational efficiency across Salesforce and related platforms. Support opportunity creation, reporting requests, contract lifecycle management activities, and the adoption of evolving firm technologies and processes.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase visibility, and enhance the experience for business development teams. Develop documentation, standardize processes, and help build scalable solutions that support firm growth.
Collaborate with Partners, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders on special projects and strategic initiatives that contribute to Connor Group's continued growth.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business development support, proposal management, contract administration, or a related field
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Strong project management and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professional Services industry experience, and familiarity working in a matrixed environment
Comfortability with working directly with Partner Level stakeholders
Experience with contract management or CLM platforms such as Evisort or Docusign CLM
Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise business systems
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
Demonstrated process improvement experience

Location: West Coast (Remote or Hybrid)
Travel: Limited travel as needed for team meetings, training, and firm events
Compensation: Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 and is determined based on the candidate's geographic location, level of relevant experience, and qualifications.
