This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling go-to-market organization, ensuring marketing execution is seamless, measurable, and optimized for growth. You will own the systems, processes, and data that power campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on HubSpot and marketing automation excellence. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams, you will translate strategy into operational execution with precision and speed. This is a highly cross-functional role where data integrity, campaign performance, and attribution directly shape business decisions. You will also be expected to leverage modern AI tools to streamline workflows and eliminate manual inefficiencies. Operating in a remote-first, high-growth SaaS environment, you will help build scalable marketing operations that support rapid expansion.
You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the marketing operations engine that supports end-to-end campaign execution and revenue growth initiatives.
Design, build, and manage marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including emails, workflows, landing pages, webinars, and automation sequences
Develop and maintain lead scoring, segmentation, and routing systems to ensure accurate funnel management and timely sales handoffs
Oversee marketing data integrity, ensuring clean, reliable, and actionable data across CRM and connected systems
Improve tracking, attribution, reporting, and email deliverability to maximize campaign effectiveness and visibility
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to execute multi-channel campaigns and optimize performance through testing and iteration
Support operational needs such as list management, enrichment, integrations, compliance, and process documentation
Identify and implement AI-driven automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational speed and quality
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in marketing operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with strong technical fluency and a process-driven mindset.
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS environments
Advanced expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, and Operations Hub) including workflows, automation, and campaign setup
Strong understanding of marketing systems, lifecycle management, and B2B demand generation practices
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and ideally working knowledge of HTML and technical troubleshooting
Experience with marketing and sales tools such as Clay, N8N, Apollo.io, Influ2, and Monday.com
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong ownership and execution discipline
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Natural inclination to use AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, copilots) to improve productivity and scalability
