As Strategy & Operations Associate/Principal, you will be working closely with our CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives driving multiple projects and delivering business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Execution: Define, structure, and execute high-priority strategic initiatives that drive company growth and operational efficiency across all our departments.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Execute complex, cross-departmental projects from conception to delivery, acting as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and efficiency improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and design scalable, data-driven processes to improve speed, quality, and output across the organization.
  • Business Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis and modeling to support decision-making, measure the success of new initiatives, and track key operational KPIs.
  • Product & Market Operations: Assist in the operationalization of new product launches and market expansions, ensuring commercial teams are equipped with the right tools and playbooks.
  • Change Management: Drive the adoption of new systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration into daily workflows through effective communication and training.

We are looking for candidates who...

  • have a STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university,
  • have a track record of outstanding achievement in different areas,
  • have 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company,
  • are ready to go the extra mile,
  • are solution-first thinkers, and
  • are ready to own and execute complex projects independently.
