NOTE FROM THE TEAM
Clue is more than just a place to work. Our work empowers women and people with cycles to make more informed decisions about their health. We break down barriers, myths, and taboos. Our workplace is agile, diverse, and full of growth opportunities.
Our CRM team is responsible for how Clue communicates with over 10 million monthly users across email, push, in-app messages, and (soon) content cards, all built and orchestrated in Braze. CRM sits at the intersection of monetization, retention, partnerships, and product, and the work directly supports Clue's strategic goals in menstrual health, care, and research innovation.
As Junior CRM Manager, you'll take ownership of one-off campaigns, our partnership and science promotion work, and help us turn email into a properly resourced channel, starting with taking ownership of our newsletter. You'll work closely with the Head of CRM and Director of Growth, and collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, science, and product teams.

Manage QA and campaign quality assurance across email, push, and in-app messages
Collaborate with partnerships, marketing, and science stakeholders to scope campaign briefs and timelines
Support segmentation and personalization within campaigns using Braze's audience and Liquid templating tools
Monitor campaign performance (deliverability, engagement, conversion) and report on results
Propose and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance over time
WHO YOU ARE
1-2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing, ideally using Braze or a similar platform (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Customer.io, Hubspot)
Comfortable working with segmentation, personalization, and campaign QA
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, for building and troubleshooting email templates; SQL and JavaScript experience a plus
Data-driven mindset, comfortable using spreadsheets to track and report on performance
Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once
