The Director of Go To Market (GTM) Strategy leads the development and execution of product and service launch plans across CPP clinics. In this role, you will manage the GTM team and align cross-functional partners — including marketing and operations — to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to market entry.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target customer segments
Developing and implementing pricing strategies that support business objectives
Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of GTM initiatives
Driving revenue growth by ensuring the company's offerings reach the right audience through the most impactful channels
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to bring cross-functional teams together toward a common goal.
5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), marketing strategy, product marketing, commercial strategy, or related leadership roles
Proven experience developing and executing successful GTM strategies for new products, services, or business initiatives
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Sales, Training, and other key stakeholders
Strong background in market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
Demonstrated success in developing pricing and positioning strategies that drive revenue growth and market adoption
Experience managing multiple launches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on data and insights
Experience building and managing high-performing teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Background in healthcare, medical aesthetics, retail, consumer products, wellness, or multi-location service businesses is considered an asset
Experience working across US markets is preferred
Willingness and ability to travel to U.S. clinics 50-60% of the time
Strategic planning and Go-To-Market execution

Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
Data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting
Project management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
MBA or advanced degree considered an asset
Experience leading GTM functions within a multi-unit or franchise environment is a strong asset
Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting tools
