Champion clinical excellence by ensuring translation of complex technologies into high-impact procedural competencies.
Lead governance and standardization of clinical education programs to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
Partner with commercial leadership to align training initiatives with strategic sales and marketing priorities.
Design and implement structured, outcome-driven learning frameworks incorporating the 70-20-10 development model.
Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive measurable business impact.
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and consistency across portfolios.
Drive training readiness for new product and technology launches, enabling field teams with strong technical and clinical confidence.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, leveraging strengths-based leadership and continuous capability assessments.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for sales education, ensuring optimal investment, cost efficiency, and alignment with P&L goals.
10+ years of overall experience, with at least 7+ years in medical devices, healthcare, or commercial (sales/marketing) roles preferred.
Prior experience in people management, with a track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA (preferred)
Strategic Proficiency: Proven experience creating high-level training pathways, defining complex learning objectives, and aligning curriculum to performance goals.
Influence Without Authority: The ability to be persuasive in complex, multi-functional environments and navigate the strategic requirements of a diverse ecosystem.
Operational Excellence: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
