Support the Senior Director in monitoring and reporting on field sell-out performance across assigned retail doors and key accounts.
Maintain and update sales tools, weekly and monthly sales reports, KPI dashboards, and performance trackers to key stakeholders.
Assist in identifying sales trends, opportunities, and presenting findings to the wider team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate sell-through data, stock visibility, and replenishment requests.
Support the preparation of business reviews, presentations, and commercial meeting materials.
Assist in the planning and coordination of training and education programs for our Field Sales & Account Executives, and retailers’ beauty advisors.
Support the development and distribution of education materials, product training decks, and selling tools in alignment with brand guidelines.
Support Retail Education team to schedule and confirm training sessions, virtual learning modules, and masterclasses.
Track training attendance, completion rates, and education outcomes, reporting insights back to the Retail Education Senior Manager.
Stay current on product knowledge, brand campaigns, and industry trends to support best-in-class education delivery.
Assist in sourcing and briefing event materials, testers, sampling kits, and point-of-sale (POS) assets in collaboration with the marketing and visual merchandising teams.
Work with Retail Sales Managers to confirm event logistics, staffing, and on-counter requirements.
Manage event trackers, timelines, and post-event reporting including sell-out results and qualitative feedback.
Serve as a central point of coordination for the Field Sales & Education team, managing communications between internal departments and external retail partners (when needed).
Manage team meeting scheduling and logistics including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Support onboarding administration for new field team members and freelance selling specialists.
Coordinate internal and external sales meetings and conferences.

You have:
1-4+ Years of Experience in field sales, retail education, or consumer activation within the luxury beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or retail sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident liaising at all levels.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD.
