Sales Operations Manager

Job Overview Drives and implements the sales operations infrastructure across a large market or sales operation specialty(s) across a large region. This role is essential for enhancing and creating scalable forecasting and modeling framework to advance data-driven forecasting initiatives. Collaborates with teams to ensure CRM data accuracy, provide insightful reports for business decisions, own the forecasting process and revenue management, assist with sales incentives, and support implementation of any operational initiatives and special projects.

Essential Functions

  • Drives and leads the effective implementation of sales operations initiatives such as opportunity management tracking and forecasting, customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, sales training/development and infrastructure projects.
  • Partners with sales team to identify potential opportunities and develop plans to pursue those opportunities.
  • Removes issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives ensuring coordination between local and regional sales operations teams.
  • Coordinates sales operations activities with other functions including service, consulting and business lines, as appropriate.
  • Contributes to sales operations initiatives making recommendations.
  • Revenue achievement roadmap.
  • Drives the account planning process across.
  • Provides feedback to local management teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • Seven (7) years relevant sales function experience Req
  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings and pharmaceutical industry.
