At Orion Global Solutions, we’re not your typical tech consultancy. As a Salesforce Summit Partner (the highest tier!) and one of the fastest-growing Salesforce partners in the New York Metro area, we bring innovation, speed, and genuine collaboration to every client interaction. But what truly sets us apart?
We’re a fast-growing, people-first U.S. company that believes in building thoughtful, user-friendly systems to support our employees and customers. As we expand, we’re looking for talented Salesforce Admins in Costa Rica who bring both technical know-how and strong collaboration skills.
We deeply value the expertise in Costa Rica and are committed to a remote-first culture that enables you to thrive in your role—no need to relocate.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll act as a hybrid Admin + Business Analyst, working across teams to understand business needs, translate them into Salesforce functionality, and deliver scalable solutions using clicks (not code). You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across departments and help ensure our Salesforce environment evolves in alignment with our business goals.
Configure and maintain core Salesforce functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder meetings
Build automations using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Page Layouts
Manage user permissions, data integrity, and system hygiene
Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support new feature rollouts
Train users and create documentation to improve adoption and usage
Collaborate with developers on more complex customizations or integrations
3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
Strong experience with configuration tools (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Objects, etc.)
Solid understanding of business analysis methods (user stories, process maps, requirements gathering)
Experience supporting multiple departments like Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)
Must have previous experience working with US based companies
Located in Costa Rica and legally authorized to work (citizen, resident, or valid work visa)
Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection
We take care of our people. Our benefits are designed to help you live well—inside and outside of work:
Work from anywhere in Costa Rica – your home, your space, your schedule
Grow with us – continuous learning, mentorship, and challenging projects
Global collaboration – be part of a diverse team that values your perspective
Connected culture – Slack, virtual events, and real relationships (not just tasks)
Flexible hours that respect work-life balance and your time zone
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, leading dynamic teams, and being part of a company that values innovation and heart—you’ll feel right at home at Orion.
