  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce CPQ and CLM: product and pricing rules, approvals, quote templates, and contract lifecycle.

  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Sales users' Salesforce issues during US business hours, resolve them, and find root causes.

  • Turn business requirements from Commercial Operations into scalable solutions, with effort estimates.

  • Establish governance: change management, sandbox strategy, testing, documentation, and technical debt management.

  • Coordinate handoffs with the other Salesforce Architect, so work continues across time zones with clear documentation and status updates.

  • Review the work of admins and developers, and mentor peers on best practices.

  • Support Deephealth leadership especially Commercial and Operations leadership with recommendation and solutions to business requirements managed through CRM.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and requirements of the position described above. Other functions may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change duties at any time.

  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft or Workato), including Jira.

  • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CPQ Specialist certifications.

  • Strong skills in Apex, Flow, LWC, and declarative configuration.

  • Understanding of lead-to-cash, quoting, and contract management.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.

  • Excellent written and verbal English, and comfort working independently in a remote, cross-time-zone team.

  • Willingness to work US Eastern hours and to support critical releases or quarter-end periods outside the core window.
