We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Intern to support our Revenue
Operations team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Deal
Desk, Sales Process Governance, Contract Administration, and Commercial Communications.
The intern will work closely with Sales Operations, Deal Desk and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy, process
compliance, operational excellence, and effective communication across the commercial organization.

Monitor opportunity hygiene and support pipeline quality initiatives.
Perform routine audits of sales data and provide recommendations for corrections.
Support reporting activities, data validation exercises, and operational analyses.
Assist in maintaining databases and sales-related documentation.
Help prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentations for business reviews.
Deal Desk & Contract Support
Support the Deal Desk team by reviewing required documentation for contract preparation.
Verify that customer information included in contracts matches official supporting documentation provided
by customers.
Perform data validation between contracts, order forms, Salesforce records, and customer legal documents.
Assist in tracking contract status and ensuring documentation packages are complete before submission.
Identify potential discrepancies and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Process Governance & Operational Excellence
Assist in documenting, maintaining, and improving sales and operational processes.
Support quality-control reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
