The Opportunity
ERTC.com is seeking a hands-on CRM / Revenue Operations Analyst to strengthen the systems, data, and reporting that support our existing client portfolio. This role combines CRM administration, data analysis, actionable reporting, and workflow improvement. You will maintain reliable information, solve day-to-day system problems, and make it easier for operations teams and leadership to act on accurate, timely insights. The environment is fast-paced and high-volume, so success requires independence, attention to detail, and comfort shifting priorities.
What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day administration and maintenance of CRM pipelines, permissions, list views, workflows, automations, and integrations, with a focus on HubSpot.
Troubleshoot CRM and reporting issues independently, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions.
Improve system usability and help project managers and team leaders access, adjust, and interpret reports and targeted lists.
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, targeted lists, daily reports, and recurring weekly/monthly leadership reporting.
Clean, reconcile, and validate large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources; identify anomalies, trends, and data-integrity issues.
Conduct ad hoc investigations and turn complex information into clear, actionable findings.
Support reporting across the existing client portfolio, including accounts receivable status and clients who continue receiving credit-related support after paying their fees.
Partner with Operations and Technology colleagues to streamline workflows and improve reporting consistency, accuracy, speed, and accessibility.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and design scalable reporting and CRM processes.
Help administer AI tools and incorporate AI-supported workflows into reporting as appropriate; prior AI experience is a plus, but not required.
Hands-on experience administering a CRM instance—ideally HubSpot—including workflows, reporting, permissions, and troubleshooting; Salesforce or GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is also relevant.
Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets), comfort with large datasets, and experience building dashboards and actionable reports.
Analytical, detail-oriented approach to data integrity and problem-solving.
Self-directed ownership, strong communication, and ability to manage competing requests and short deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience in fintech or accounting is a plus; interest in learning AI-supported reporting workflows is welcome.
