Under the general direction of the Operations Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support to the sales team, reporting & analysis of sales data, and sales user training with a high level of professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Support Sales reps to complete their day-to-day activities
Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures
Create specific reports and dashboards for Sales Management to support strategic and tactical initiatives
Support data quality process to maintain effective customer and prospect information
Complete special projects as needed and other duties assigned
Facilitate and train new and existing Salesforce users
Continued databases clean up and testing of updates in Salesforce
Support order processing tasks and maintain responsibility for order consistency
Complete cases submitted to Sales Operations queue within 24 hours
1 Year Salesforce experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced skill with Excel and Google applications (Calendar, Email, Google Docs); familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and database management systems highly desirable
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Undergraduate degree in business administration or related discipline and up to two years of administrative experience; or combination of education and work experience
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills; demonstrated ability to represent the company with internal employees, visitors and vendors
Self-starter with a pro-active, take charge orientation
Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
