This will be a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week at the Delta LAX office.
In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the Account Executive and team by maintaining lead data, generating reports, and coordinating client onboarding tasks. Your contributions will help streamline sales operations and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across the client's journey. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and team success.
Monitor and route inbound leads from the website, CRM, referrals, and other channels to appropriate team members
Maintain and update lead scoring criteria to prioritize outreach efforts effectively
Enter, update, and maintain client and prospect records in Salesforce and other systems
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports on sales activity, KPIs, and pipeline progress for leadership and team visibility
Maintain and organize internal documentation, including SOPs, FAQs, and training guides
Support client onboarding by tracking documentation and coordinating internal tasks
Assist with proposal creation and renewal paperwork for re-deposit or rebuy opportunities
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve process and operational workflows
We’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and reporting tools
Comfort working with data and process documentation
Minimum of 1-2 years sales support or administrative experience required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced support or operations role
While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out:
Experience supporting teams in aviation, finance, or B2B service environments
Familiarity with DocuSign, proposal generation, or contract workflows
Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and respond to urgent team needs

At Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications, depending on a variety of factors. The range for the role is between $55,000 - $65,000. We don’t typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table. Additionally, you will be eligible for an incentive program, which rewards individual and organizational performance.
