Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Extensive experience in marketing operations or related roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
