We are looking for an apprentice Revenue operations data analyst to join our team.
The apprentice will be responsible for supporting the business operations teams (sales, marketing, and customer success) in implementing operational excellence (defining key performance indicators, automating reporting, creating advanced dashboards, and developing and improving cross-system integrations between marketing, sales, and finance) to transform the sales department’s data into actionable insights.
1. Revenue operations data model design
Ensure consistent KPI definition (pipeline, forecast, ARR, bookings, win rates, conversion rates, …)
Cross systems architecture and dependencies (marketing automation, CRM, billings, contracts…)
2. Revenue operations reporting & data flow automation
Connect cross functional systems and data sources (Zoho Marketing, Zoho CRM, Finance data, customer usage data) to ensure 1 single source of truth.
Design and maintain data workflows, rules and transformations
Design and maintain cadences and dependencies across data sets
Monitor and report incidents to ensure proper tracking and continuous improvement
3. Revenue operations advanced dashboarding
Build advanced dashboard to support Revenue operations at all level (individual, sales managers, CRO) as well as top management (CFO, CEO)
Main areas to be covered: pipeline performance, forecast, comparisons (achieved vs snapshot), sales performance, marketing to revenue conversion
Defined cadence (daily, weekly, monthly refresh)
Ensure dashboards are consistent, accurate, user friendly
· 6 months experience in CRM management, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis
· Experience in SaaS or fast‑growing technology environments is a strong plus
· Analytics profile with solid SQL, data modeling, BI / dashboarding expertise.
· Demonstrated curiosity and understanding of the must have SaaS revenue KPIs.
· Ability to work with different teams
· Ability to work in a highly multicultural and international environment

· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and new process definition / implementation
