Work closely with the Go‑to‑Market Lead for Synedra and Digital Health, providing operational and organizational support
Schedule, coordinate, and prepare meetings related to Go‑to‑Market activities, including agenda creation and consolidation of inputs
Prepare high‑quality slide decks and presentations for Upper Management and customers
Support Sales and Account teams by following up on open actions, deadlines, and deliverables
Contribute to the creation and structuring of customer proposals
Prepare weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Develop and maintain Sales & Marketing materials aligned with Go‑to‑Market needs
Moderate internal meetings related to Sales and Go‑to‑Market activities, ensuring effective communication and documentation
Cooperate with cross‑functional teams to support project coordination, tracking, and alignment
Ensure professional communication and documentation in both English and German
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience working with Sales, Go‑to‑Market, or project‑driven environments is an advantage
Solid organizational and coordination abilities with high attention to detail
Proficiency in MS 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work independently, follow up proactively, and support multiple stakeholders
Structured, solution‑oriented, and professional approach in a dynamic environment
