As a Sales Analyst supporting our Moen brand, you will support the commercial organization by providing thoughtful sales data analysis and reporting that helps guide decision-making and strengthen business performance. You will focus on gathering, interpreting, and sharing sales data, with a strong emphasis on ad hoc reporting to meet evolving business needs.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Channel, Finance, and Operations teams to build a shared understanding of performance and opportunities. You will play an important role in connecting data to meaningful insights, helping teams make informed decisions that contribute to sustainable growth.

POSITION LOCATION: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. Analyze sales data across segments, channels, and regions to identify trends and opportunities
Develop and deliver ad hoc reporting to support evolving business questions and team needs
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports that make complex data easy to understand and act on
Deliver monthly, weekly, and quarterly reporting to support shared visibility into performance
Support sales forecasting processes by contributing data analysis and helping refine assumptions
Partner with Sales Leadership to evaluate targets and improve forecast accuracy over time
Conduct market and customer analysis, including segmentation, purchasing behavior, and retention trends
Support pricing, promotional, and go-to-market initiatives with clear, data-informed insights
Extract and analyze data from SAP and other systems to support reporting and analytics needs
Work within reporting environments currently in Qlik Sense, with transition to Tableau and/or Power BI
Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and systems
Partner with IT and Operations to support data governance and system improvements
Utilize CRM data as needed to support customer and sales insights
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience supporting sales, commercial, or business teams through data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience extracting and working with data from SAP or similar ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables, lookups, and data organization
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Experience delivering both recurring reports and ad hoc analysis
Experience working with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
Experience interpreting data and sharing clear, actionable insights
MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience working with Qlik Sense.
Experience working with data across multiple systems (ERP, BI tools, CRM) such as SAP and C4C
Experience supporting reporting or system enhancements
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
