Mainstream Analytics & Strategy Team (MAST)

DaVita is hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations for the Mainstream Analytics & Strategy Team (MAST) within Revenue Operations (ROPS). This position is responsible for leading a team of analysts focused on delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support to key stakeholders across and beyond Revenue Operations. We are seeking a leader who excels at navigating ambiguity, solving complex business problems, and developing high-performing teams while driving meaningful business outcomes.

This individual will oversee a team of 3–4 analysts, and the ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, revenue cycle knowledge, analytical agility, and leadership capability. As a leader within MAST, this individual will help shape the future direction of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities while supporting the team's broader mission of advancing operational performance through actionable insights and continuous improvement.

This position reports to the Director, Revenue Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Business Performance

• Establish team priorities, goals, and success metrics aligned to broader organizational objectives.

• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of insights, recommendations, and analytical work products.

• Translate complex business challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

• Manage work across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.

• Communicate proactively and present insights clearly to leaders at multiple levels of the organization.

• Apply critical thinking to remove barriers, resolve issues, and drive sustainable solutions.

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of analysts.

• Create an environment focused on accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.

• Provide meaningful feedback, career development support, and performance coaching.

• Foster strong team engagement and collaboration.

• Help analysts strengthen business acumen, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.

• Champion DaVita Mission & Values while modeling effective leadership behaviors.

Advance Analytical & Technical Excellence

• Guide analytical approaches and ensure appropriate use of data to support business decisions.

• Ability to break large, ambiguous problems into manageable components.

• Validate results through critical thinking, business context, and analytical rigor.

• Leverage analytical tools and technologies to increase efficiency, visibility, and insight generation.

• Promote strong documentation, process discipline, and knowledge sharing across the team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

• Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence, revenue cycle, or operational improvement initiatives.

• Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing technologies, or similar platforms.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Direct people leadership experience.

• Experience within healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $96,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
