Salesforce Data Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

Our Field Organization team is currently looking for a new team member to join us as a Salesforce Data Analyst. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by delivering insights and scalable analytical solutions for the business.

What you will be doing:

• Design and build advanced data architectures and scalable dashboards that support business decision-making

• Analyze data, identify patterns, and develop forecasting and predictive models

• Work on data ingestion into AI-driven solutions and define end-to-end ETL strategies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and architectural standards

• Leverage Salesforce data platforms to generate actionable insights and support operational efficiency

You will be successful in this role if you have:

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in data analytics, ideally with Salesforce data platforms (e.g. Data Cloud / Data 360)

• Minimum 4–5 years of industry experience in data analytics or a related field

• Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

• Solid understanding of statistics and basic knowledge of Python

• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including modern AI-driven approaches

• Familiarity with concepts such as predictive modeling, forecasting, and emerging AI technologies (e.g. RAG, vector search)

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (Field Service Cloud is a plus)
