The Senior Sales Operations Analyst - Broker is the operational owner of pipeline rigor, forecast reliability, territory discipline, reporting, and Salesforce execution across our broker sales teams and products. This role ensures sales leadership can run the business from data. It is hands-on, execution-oriented, and requires strong judgment, ownership, and accountability.
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecast reporting in Salesforce for Broker, Payments and Intelligence
Enforce opportunity stages, close dates, forecast categories, and product attribution
Surface pipeline risk with clear, actionable insights
Influences go‑to‑market decisions using data‑driven recommendations
Acts as a thought partner to VP‑ and SVP‑level sales leaders
Own Salesforce data hygiene across Broker, Payment, and Intelligence Sales
Identify and correct process breakdowns
Own call analytics and reporting using call intelligence platforms (e.g. Level AI, Zoom Revenue Accelerator) and Salesforce
Connect call behavior to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend fixes
Track rep activity, conversion rates, cycle times, and product mix
Track TAM, penetration, and whitespace by territory and product
Own territory and account coverage reporting
Support territory planning and realignment analysis
Ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests
Synthesizes insights across multiple data sources to recommend enterprise‑level actions
Leads complex, ambiguous analyses with limited direction
Owns forecast accuracy and drives corrective actions with sales leadership
Performs other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will possess strong Sales Operations (or Revenue Operations) and analytical skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales analytics supporting quota-carrying sales teams.
Expertise working in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Experience supporting both high-velocity and territory-based sales motions.
Deep subject matter expertise in Sales Operations, demonstrated through informing sales strategy, territory design, and GTM execution decisions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational actions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrate strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
Apply structured, analytical thinking to ambiguous problems.
Communicate clearly and confidently with sales leadership.
Maintain high standards for data quality and process discipline.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Build effective working relationships across functional departments.
Operate with attention to detail while maintaining business context.
