THE ROLE

The Automation & CRM Analyst is responsible for identifying, analysing, and driving Automation and CRM improvement initiatives. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable requirements. The Analyst collaborates with Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensures quality through testing and validation, and supports the continuous evolution of Automation and CRM processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Identify and analyse Automation & CRM improvement opportunities (proactively and on-demand)
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and priorities
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation
  • Support prioritization and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to align on solution design and delivery
  • Conduct testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews
  • Monitor and continuously improve existing Automation & CRM processes
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, RPA, or Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives forward
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities independently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Python, C#, or Google Apps Script
  • Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience working with B2C and/or B2B processes, with the ability to identify and implement automation opportunities that improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.
