Partner with revenue leadership to build and scale revenue systems and processes across the organisation.
Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.
Own and maintain the operational backbone spanning business development, AE pipeline, onboarding, and customer expansion.
Build reporting and analytics frameworks that surface patterns and translate data into strategic decisions.
Collaborate with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to remove friction and increase velocity.
Design and deploy enablement programmes, AI tooling, and onboarding solutions that multiply team output.
Contribute to compensation and equity structure design as the revenue function matures.

Hands-on experience building operational systems from scratch in a startup or high-growth environment (VC-backed, founder, or equivalent background).
Strong systems-thinking: you design structures and operationalise them yourself.
Proven ability to turn data into strategic decisions through solid reporting and analytics skills.
Experience implementing AI tooling, automation, or revenue enablement solutions.
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts.
Fluent in both German and English, with comfort operating in a Europe-focused, fast-paced environment.
