Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Systems Integrator and Consulting Summit partner, we help large enterprise clients with their digital transformation on the Salesforce platform. We are looking for an empathetic, energetic and delivery-driven Salesforce Consultant to join our team.

As a Salesforce Consultant you are responsible and accountable for the deployment and ongoing support of all Salesforce solutions - from solution design to implementation and will be required to support the client throughout the lifecycle of the customer engagement.

You’re a problem-solver with exceptional planning skills and you always conduct yourself in a controlled and professional manner. You’re an expert at managing relationships and coordinating teams to meet project timelines, and from time to time, will be required to support SLA resolution. The consultant is the interface between the client and the company and pivotal in ensuring a smooth implementation that meets client expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support of customer especially in SLA matters.

  • Assist with the driving of workshops, solution configuration and solution implementation to service the client requirements.

  • Oversee and from time to time also update and/or create required documentation relating to customer training and or support and or customer implementation or upgrade.

  • Be active in the delivery of training of the devised client based training.

  • Principal driving role in data gathering for the implementation or enhancement projects.

  • Principal driving role in conducting and collating net requirements for workshops for designing of solutions for implementations / upgrades.

  • Provide the key support in the go-live of projects.

  • Communication to all team members throughout the engagement.

  • Provide appropriate and professional feedback to clients of all areas of support or other assistance as has been provided.

  • Be involved in the development of project plans and timelines for deployment and implementation of solutions relating to the given discipline.

  • Be key in maintaining adherence to the project plan and scope of work.

  • Be key in managing customer relationship and communication throughout the engagement.

  • Assign tasks to the implementation teams within the given discipline.

  • Be instrumental in assisting the coordination of services to meet project timelines and to meet customer goals and objectives.

  • Assess and facilitate responses to implementation issues.

  • To work with customers and train customers to ensure they have an understanding of the products processes and tools.

  • Be involved and drive out the test scheduling and execution in the given discipline.

  • Provide key user training.

  • Be aware of and provide key support in escalated projects.

  • Communicate clear instructions to team members.

  • Listen to and act on team members' feedback.

  • Keep abreast with the changes and innovations of the Salesforce offering.

  • Carry out research to reveal or explore new methods of handling functions within the functional team.

Requirements

  • A completed Bachelors degree

  • Minimum 3-4 years consulting experience in enablement of customers.

  • Has experience with minimum of 1 full cycle implementation.

  • Has relevant Salesforce certifications in at least one of the Salesforce Clouds.

  • Has a good understanding of the application of Salesforce solutions in industry specific business processes where applicable.

  • Has performed several business cases.

  • Has managed difficult client situations.

  • Time Management: work with team members, other items, customers and management, often juggling multiple items.
