Support the coordination of daily sales operations for our sales teams across Africa;
Identify, assess, and develop proposals to standardize and harmonize logistics and sales operations processes;
Provide support in administrative tasks, including price list updates and product data management;
Follow up with customers, sales teams, business units, and manufacturing plants regarding ongoing product management projects;
Support product lifecycle management, including market research, planning, and product launches;
Prepare market and competitor analyses, including monitoring price and margin developments.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related field;
Interest in sales operations, product management and international business;
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
Fluency in English (written and spoken). French is a plus;
Self‑directed, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
Strong communication and organizational skills.
