As a Salesforce Architect, you will be the technical anchor for our CRM, ensuring it scales alongside our rapid global expansion. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Engineering based in Seattle, collaborating across time zones to align our local execution with global engineering standards.
Architectural Design & Objects: Lead the design of complex Salesforce solutions, focusing on the sophisticated orchestration of Standard and Custom Objects to support our global infrastructure.
Automation & Logic: Own the technical excellence of Triggers and Workflows, ensuring that complex business logic is executed efficiently and adheres to best practices.
Integration & Data Integrity: Define and oversee secure Salesforce Integrations with 3rd-party systems. You will be responsible for Data Cleanness, ensuring that information flowing from external partners is validated, deduped, and high-quality.
Scale for Self-Service: Design systems tailored for a Self-Service environment, where automated customer onboarding and low-touch interactions are critical for our business model.
Stakeholder Impact: Partner with Product Managers and Global Leadership to translate business requirements into technical blueprints that drive measurable revenue and operational efficiency.
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years specifically in a Salesforce Architect role.
Self-Service Background: Proven experience working in Self-Service companies (SaaS or Tech-driven) where customer-led journeys are the primary driver.
Technical Mastery: * Deep expertise in Apex (Triggers) and advanced automation.
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Object Modeling.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP) and managing data hygiene from 3rd-party sources.
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can articulate the impact of technical architecture on business problems.
Language: Good English proficiency, as you will be collaborating with our global team and reporting to leadership in the US.
This role is based in our Vila Olímpia office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We do our best work together; therefore, all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

Experiência: Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência no ecossistema Salesforce, sendo pelo menos 2 anos atuando como Arquiteto(a).
Contexto Self-Service: Experiência comprovada em empresas com modelo de negócio Self-Service (SaaS ou empresas de tecnologia focadas em automação da jornada do cliente).
Domínio Técnico:
Expertise profunda em Apex (Triggers) e automações avançadas.
Conhecimento avançado em modelagem de Objetos Salesforce.
Experiência prática em Integrações Salesforce e manutenção da qualidade de dados provenientes de fontes externas.
Idioma: Inglês avançado é obrigatório para colaboração global e reporte direto à liderança nos EUA.
Você receberá apoio e orientação de colegas experientes e trabalhará em estreita colaboração com outras equipes. Você se reportará diretamente ao nosso Head de Engenharia em Seattle.
Esta função está baseada em nosso escritório na Vila Olímpia. Fazemos nosso melhor trabalho juntos; por isso, todas as nossas equipes baseadas no escritório trabalham presencialmente, cinco dias por semana.
