The Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with business and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Digital Experience/Digital Asset Management (DXP/DAM) solutions. This role translates business needs into clear functional requirements, supports platform delivery and integration, and ensures technology solutions drive measurable business and user outcomes.
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across business, digital, and operational workflows
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce, ServiceNow, and DXP/DAM platforms
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and design sessions to align on solution outcomes
Partner with architects, developers, and integrators to support platform design and implementation
Manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring scope and quality control
Support vendor evaluation, RFP development, and SaaS solution selection
Coordinate and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing
Identify system or process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience
7โ10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise or digital environments
Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM, or DXP/DAM implementations
Strong expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design
Experience working in SaaS and cloud-based platform ecosystems
Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and relational databases
Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives; non-profit experience is an asset
The target hiring range for this position is $105,518.40 to $131,913.60 with a maximum of $158,288.00.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
