The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the UK&I commercial teams by driving operational efficiency, data integrity, and performance insights. Reporting to the Global Operations & Analytics Manager, this role contributes to the execution of global strategies at a regional level, with a focus on CRM excellence, automation, and analytics-led decision making, and enable continuous improvement across the sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Support daily operations across sales support, case management, delivery workflows, and CRM troubleshooting.
Prioritise and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to sales activities.
Champion sales enablement through process optimisation, training support, and adoption of tools.
Maintain data accuracy and consistency in Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms.
Support rollout of new processes and ensure documentation and communication are clear and up to date.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational workflows, leveraging AI tools to enhance forecasting, lead scoring, and reporting capabilities.
Partner with the Global Operations Manager to implement scalable automation strategies.
Assist in managing pricing governance, including validation of discount requests and adherence to commercial policies.
Support internal royalty audits and help identify training gaps or process improvements.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting across sales performance, forecasting, pipeline health, and billing discrepancies.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Support ad hoc analysis requests from Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
Proven experience in sales operations or analytics supporting sales teams
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce tools
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience of tailoring communications for a diverse audience at different levels including Executive levels
