As a Sales Analyst, you will support the commercial and sales activities of our Subsea Equipment teams by providing analytical, commercial and operational support. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for early‑career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in technical sales within a global, high‑performance organization.
Supporting sales managers and commercial teams in the preparation of quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
Assisting with pricing analysis, cost breakdowns and margin reviews for Subsea Equipment and Services opportunities (SPS & Flexible Pipes).
Supporting activities throughout the sales lifecycle.
Collecting, organizing and analyzing sales data to support pipeline tracking, forecasting and performance reporting.
Preparing sales reports, dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Supporting the maintenance and accuracy of CRM systems and sales tools.
Working closely with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams to gather inputs required for commercial proposals.
Supporting alignment between technical solutions, commercial offers and customer requirements.
Assisting senior sales team members during customer interactions and internal review meetings.
Developing knowledge of Baker Hughes Subsea products, systems and commercial processes.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to sales processes, tools and reporting accuracy.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
Have strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, numbers and commercial metrics.
Have good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Have proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Have proficiency in Power BI
Have fluency in English (written and spoken).
Interest in technical sales and the energy or oil & gas industry.
Exposure to Power BI, CRM systems or sales tools.
Ability to learn quickly in a structured, process‑driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
