3+ years of Salesforce expertise in Business Analysis
Real Estate industry experience
Business Requirement Gathering (not QA): this role is primarily focused on front-end discovery, interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating complex business needs into actionable functional specifications
Based in UAE
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
5+ years of experience as business analyst with minimum 3 years in Salesforce
Advanced skills in business analysis with the ability to capture requirements, make recommendations, and optimize implementation to meet overall business goals
Knowledge in Software Design and/or coding languages is a major strength
Problem solving; positive approach and conflict resolution
Ability to organize and manage competing priorities simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in development and delivery of end-user training for business systems is a plus
Functional / Industry knowledge is a plus
Must have residency permit
Ability to travel
