As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will support the operational execution of global and regional marketing campaigns, ensuring all digital assets, email campaigns, landing pages, and tracking systems are accurately implemented and delivered on time.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of digital marketing who enjoys working with tools, processes, and data. You will collaborate across global teams to deliver campaigns efficiently, maintaining organization, accuracy, and performance tracking.
This role is a 6‑month temporary position supporting key global campaign cycles.
Support the execution of global marketing campaigns (around 6 major campaigns per year).
Build and launch email campaigns using tools such as Marketo or similar platforms (including segmentation and layout).
Create and manage landing pages for campaigns (e.g., Unbounce or similar tools).
Coordinate with design teams to develop campaign assets (emails, social posts, landing pages).
Assist with creation and adaptation of marketing assets (social media, web pages, landing pages).
Ensure all campaign assets are delivered, approved, and published on time.
Maintain organization of marketing materials and campaign assets across teams.
Ensure campaigns are properly set up for data tracking (tags, UTMs, naming conventions).
Support the preparation of bi-weekly reports and statistics to track campaign performance. (kick-off input)
Monitor campaign metrics and assist in generating insights for optimization.
Work closely with global stakeholders (Marketing Managers, Designers, PR, APAC teams).
Coordinate approvals and timelines across multiple teams and time zones.
Act as a key operational link between marketing, design, and technical teams.
Manage multiple processes simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Prioritize effectively in a high‑volume environment with multiple campaigns running. (kick-off input)
Support administrative marketing tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and campaign coordination.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively. (kick-off input)
Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. (kick-off input)
Analytical mindset with interest in performance tracking and reporting.
Creative problem-solving attitude with a strong execution focus.
Ability to adapt quickly and work cross-functionally in global environments.
Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Constant Contact, SurveyMonkey, or similar). (kick-off input)
Intermediate Excel skills (data handling, reporting, tracking). (kick-off emphasized)
Experience creating landing pages (e.g., Unbounce or similar tools).
Understanding of audience segmentation (e.g., smart lists). (kick-off input)
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social, web).
6 months – 2 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or similar roles.
Experience supporting campaign execution (emails, landing pages, social content).
Strong communication skills in English (required, global collaboration).
Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred.
Availability to work Monday–Friday in a remote setup. (kick-off input)
