The Director, Systems & Enterprise Business Enablement is responsible for leading system strategy, integration, and execution for the operations arm of ADI’s Customers Solutions Group (CSG). This role is positioned as an enterprise leader spanning OEM and Channel.
The person in this role has deep business & technical knowledge and drives strategy, integration and execution across three core platforms: S4 (ERP), Model N, and Commerce Cloud —ensuring a connected, scalable, and harmonized operating environment. The Director drives cross-platform initiatives which serve as the basis for CSG operations processes to scale and builds organizational capability understanding and leveraging system interdependencies.
Drive end-to-end system integration across all systems, data & commercial workflows within CSG
Ensure consistent, scalable CSG processes across platforms
Drive alignment of system capabilities to business needs
Standardize processes, data flows, and system architecture
Define and deliver cross-platform roadmaps with IT
Standardize deployment of projects, enhancements & bug fixes across all platforms
Ensure projects are delivered in a coordinated, harmonized manner across platforms
Lead resolution of complex issues requiring multi-system root cause analysis
Partner cross-functionally to diagnose and resolve system/process gaps
Strengthen mechanisms for faster identification, resolution, and prevention
Own resolution of complex cross-system issues
Build and lead a team focused on system integration and operational execution
Develop team expertise in system interdependencies and business processes
Educate and scale understanding of system architecture from a business perspective
10+ years of experience in enterprise systems, sales/channel operations, or platform leadership
Deep knowledge of S/4, pricing systems (Model N), and commerce platforms
Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and business process design
Experience in global, multi-channel environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams across enterprise programs

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $203,200 to $279,400.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
