Performance Marketing Manager - Automation Focus

PiNCAMP·Berlin, Germany · Deutschland
·Posted 6 days ago

Why we are looking for you

As our Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are the bridge between technical innovation and operational excellence, designed to eliminate manual overhead through intelligent automation. The objective is to build a scalable, AI-driven marketing infrastructure that seamlessly integrates data streams and measurably maximizes campaign efficiency. As a process architect, you will ensure the company’s competitive edge within a data-driven market environment. In this role you will directly report to the Director of Demand & Conversion and work in close synergy with interdisciplinary teams.

What you can expect

  • Marketing Process Architect: You are responsible for the end-to-end automation of our marketing processes. Your goal is to minimize manual operational effort in performance marketing through intelligent workflows.

  • Strategic Backlog Management: You will conduct deep-dive analyses of our existing marketing landscape, identify inefficiencies, and maintain a prioritized backlog for continuous process optimization.

  • Roadmap Owner: Working closely with stakeholders, you will develop a technical roadmap for marketing automation and implement it independently—from initial concept to go-live.

  • Data-Driven Performance: You will link inventory data with first-party user data to build highly personalized, automated campaign workflows that measurably increase our efficiency.

  • Interface Management: Acting as a "technical translator," you will work closely with BI, IT, and our shareholders to seamlessly integrate marketing tools into our system landscape.

  • Tech-Stack Evolution: You don't just use existing tools (Scripts, Channel Managers, Product Feeds), but you actively evolve them—specifically by integrating AI-driven processes (LLMs, Agents) for content creation or bid management.

  • Performance Monitoring & Sparring: You will monitor performance metrics across all channels and proactively derive optimization measures, which you will coordinate directly with your manager.

What you should bring

  • Proven Performance Marketing Track Record: You have at least 3 years of professional experience managing complex campaigns, with a clear focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Automation Stack: You are proficient in workflow automation tools like n8n or Zapier to seamlessly connect processes across multiple platforms.

  • Coding & Scripting Skills: You can write or adapt Google Ads Scripts (JavaScript) and have no hesitation when it comes to leveraging APIs to eliminate manual tasks.

  • Data Expertise: You possess excellent analytical skills, particularly in Google Analytics 4 (GA4). You understand the technical preparation of first-party data to make it actionable for advanced targeting.

  • AI & Emerging Tech: You have initial experience implementing AI Agents or LLM-based workflows to scale creative production or campaign management.

  • Language Skills: You are business-fluent in both German and English, enabling successful collaboration with local teams and international stakeholders. Proficiency in Dutch would be a strong plus.

  • Interface Specialist: You have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for BI, IT, and various stakeholders.

What we offer

  • Flexible working hours, home office, working from abroad, hybrid working

  • 30 vacation days

  • A camper for your short trip or vacation

  • Best hardware of your choice, modern tools
