We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and empowering our GTM teams.
Working closely with Commercial team, you will focus on system administration, process optimization, and data analytics to enhance overall revenue productivity.
Support and refine end-to-end revenue processes across the sales funnel, from lead management to deal execution.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase sales team productivity.
Assist with territory allocation, quota tracking, and pipeline management.
Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards to track GTM performance, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Conduct regular data analysis to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
Assist in revenue forecasting, capacity modeling, and KPI tracking.
Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across all revenue systems.
Help integrate GTM platforms and automate routine workflows to reduce manual tasks for sales reps.
Support end-user adoption by providing system training and troubleshooting support for GTM teams.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS company.
- CRM Expertise: Strong, proven hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and communication platforms like Intercom.
- SaaS Acumen: Good understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates) and sales workflows.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is an advantage.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: University degree or equivalent practical experience.
