1. You will be responsible for daily operation, issue tracking and continuous improvement of the T&C Platform and identify system performance and data-related issues, and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders also support platform enhancement and CI initiatives.
2. You will participate in the design and enhancement of sales efficiency tools (e.g., digital quotation, specification tools) and translate business needs into structured digital solutions also drive improvements in data consistency and input efficiency.
3. You will act as a key interface between business, IT/IS and vendors also participate in requirement clarification, testing, and solution rollout, will ensure issue resolution and effective implementation.
4. You will support knowledge building and usage standardization of platforms, also enhance system stability and reduce dependency on temporary resources.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

1. You hold a bachelor's degree.
2. Required with 2–5 years of experience in digitalization, business systems, or process support. 3. Experience in post-go-live system operation and continuous improvement. 4. Ability to understand business processes and translate into system solutions. 5. Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills. 6. Working proficiency in English.
