The Salesforce Administrator is the architect of the company’s CRM ecosystem. You will configure, optimize, and secure the platform to ensure it aligns with business objectives. In this role, you bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities—including Agentic AI—and the day-to-day needs of sales, marketing, and service teams.

  • Agentic AI & Automation: Build and maintain "no-code" automation using Flow Builder. Configure Agentforce AI agents to automate customer service responses and sales workflows.

  • Data & Analytics Management: Oversee data health, deduplication, and migration using Data Loader. Design high-impact custom reports and Lightning Dashboards to provide leadership with real-time business intelligence.

  • UI/UX Customization: Use Lightning App Builder to create personalized page layouts, dynamic forms, and mobile-responsive interfaces that increase user adoption.

  • User Support & Training: Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting system issues. Develop and deliver training modules via Trailhead Custom Learning Paths to onboard new employees.

  • Security & Compliance: Perform regular Salesforce Health Checks to ensure data protection and compliance with global regulations like GDPR or CCPA.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, and Salesforce DevOps Center.

  • Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments in a business setting

  • Advanced Proficiency in Agentforce Agent Builder, Data Cloud, and AI Prompt Engineering.

  • Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory. Advanced Admin or AI Associate is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and the ability to translate stakeholder business requirements into technical "User Stories"

  • Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer service teams through CRM systems.

  • Experience working in remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and system optimization.

  • Experience maintaining data quality, data governance, and reporting accuracy.

  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure proper data structure within Salesforce.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for user issues.

  • Experience providing user training, documentation, and onboarding support.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams.

  • Full-time availability aligned with US EST business hours (9AM–5PM EST).

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.

Benefits

  • Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance.

  • Growth Opportunities: As a key player i you’ll have the chance to shape your role and grow with us.

  • Innovative Culture: Join a team that is passionate about leveraging data to solve challenges and drive success in a rapidly evolving market.
