The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Deal Desk – Sales Support Specialist to help drive operational excellence across our global Sales organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations teams to create a seamless and efficient sales process that supports business growth worldwide.

You will report directly to the Deal Desk Director and play a key role in supporting sales execution, contract and quote management, reporting, onboarding coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Sales & Deal Desk Support
Partner with Sales teams to provide day-to-day account and deal support
Support quote creation, contract management, and case management activities
Assist Account Managers, Account Executives, and Sales Support teams with system and process inquiries
Coordinate sales administrative activities with Operations, Services, Procurement, and Finance teams
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Analyze, improve, and document sales and marketing processes
Help drive adoption, training, and operational consistency across core sales workflows
Support process improvement initiatives and internal communications
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data quality
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Support data analysis and reporting using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure reporting accuracy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales Enablement and HR to support onboarding and training for new hires
Collaborate with global stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations
Assist with ad hoc projects and strategic operational initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Support, Revenue Operations, or a related function
Strong experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, and data manipulation
Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-service mindset with a collaborative, team-first approach
Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving business environment
Self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting global Sales organizations
Exposure to SaaS, technology, or multinational environments
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
