You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leadership on reporting, forecasting, commissions, tooling, and day-to-day operations.
This is a fully remote, US-based role supporting a global commercial organization. You will get strong exposure across the full GTM operating model, with real opportunity to grow into a more senior role over time.

Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline, forecasting, performance, and funnel visibility
Analyze GTM performance and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations for GTM leadership
Own day-to-day sales compensation administration, including commission processing, reporting, reconciliations, and rep inquiries
Keep data accurate and processes consistent across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack
Drive adoption and effective use of the GTM tools used for prospecting, enrichment, and sales execution
Apply AI tools and automation to speed up prospecting, enrichment, and reporting tasks
Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and help GTM teams work more effectively day-to-day
GTM Leadership (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
Internal GTM Teams (Sales Reps, Marketing, Customer Success)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role
Fully remote, US-based position. Minimal travel expected.
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience required, including admin-level capability across reports, dashboards, workflows, fields, and core configuration
Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Comfortable building AI-assisted workflows for reporting, automation, or analysis, and curious about where AI is taking the GTM space
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills (advanced Excel/Google Sheets), with experience building models and analyses to support decisions
Experience with B2B SaaS GTM tools across prospecting, enrichment, sales execution, and reporting (e.g. Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Clari) and a solid understanding of how data flows across Salesforce and the broader tech stack
Experience supporting day-to-day sales and GTM operations in a fast-moving environment
Strong attention to detail and ownership of recurring operational processes
Experience with sales compensation administration is a plus
Hands-on experience with Clay or a similar prospecting and enrichment platform is a plus
Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar commission management platforms is a plus
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar is a plus
You are a true generalist who is willing to roll up your sleeves and handle both strategic and operational work
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable when managing recurring processes
You take ownership, work independently, and communicate clearly
You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly
