The PMO CSO AI Enablement role provides structured project management, governance support, and coordination for all AI use case roll-outs across the global salesforce. The role ensures consistent execution, tracking, and communication across countries and central stakeholders. The PMO reports directly to the Global Lead AI Enablement who is end-to-end responsible for the strategic and operational ownership of initial and future AI use cases touching salesforce.
Support end-to-end project setup, planning, and governance for AI use case roll-outs
Prepare and maintain project documentation, SteerCo materials, and status reports
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery timelines
Maintain project dashboards, issue logs, and communication plans
Ensure alignment across central teams (Sales Excellence, DISH, AI Platform, MD, GSC)
Manage reporting cadence, project milestones, KPIs, and value tracking inputs
Coordinate country activation activities with Experts and local teams
Experience in PMO, project management, digital transformation, or related fields
Experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams
Experience preparing reports, presentations, and steering documentation
Advantageous: experience in direct sales, CRM, or AI-related projects
Proficiency in project management frameworks (agile and classical)
Experience with dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting structures
Ability to consolidate information into concise summaries and management-ready materials
Basic understanding of AI use cases and digital transformation processes
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
High degree of structure, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex information flows
